With over 19 years experience as a mental health practicioner, and as a graduate of Emory University, University of Georgia and Western Kentucky University Margie has built a successful practice working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among her areas of expertise are anxiety treatment, food addiction and compulsive overeating and as well as marriage, premarital and couples counseling. Margie also has worked extensively with couples that are living together and contemplating the next steps for their relationship, considering engagement and those preparing to get married. Margie works cooperatively with Middletown Christian Church to present Marriage Enrichment Classes, Support Groups, Parent Equipping Events and Marriage Retreats on an ongoing basis. Margie is considered an expert in the area of emotional eating and its relationship to anxiety disorders and compulsive behaviors.
